allegro. wins silver at the UK Company Culture Awards

The allegro. team were proud to receive the Silver award for Best Employee Learning and Development Programme at the 2026 UK Company Culture Awards, held in London on May 7.

Neil Marmont, Global Head, allegro. and Nicola Griffin, Vice President, allegro. accepted the award on behalf of the wider team and the many people who have helped shape allegro. over the last nine years.

Created as the first and only global accelerated development model in medical communications, allegro. was built to support people at the start of their careers and give them the tools, confidence, and opportunities to grow in a fast moving industry. Since then, the program has continued to evolve through collaboration, fresh thinking, and a shared commitment to developing talent.

The judges recognized the program’s impact, commenting:
