With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the medical communications industry, Kristen is recognized for driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and inspiring teams to deliver meaningful work. Most recently, she served as Global Executive Vice President at Prime Global, and prior to that held senior leadership positions within Healthcare Consultancy Group, including President of ProEd Communications and Executive Director of Publications. In these roles, Kristen strengthened client partnerships, enhanced operational excellence, and guided teams through significant growth and transformation.
