Three years of Inizio: Reimagining health by uniting the talents of 10,500 experts

Three years ago, Inizio was born. Not as a newcomer, but as a bold reinvention. 

In Latin, “inicio” means “to inspire” – to breathe life into something new. In Italian, the word evolved into “inizio”, meaning “to begin” or “to start.” When we chose the brand name Inizio, it marked the beginning of a new chapter for us – the start of something special. 

Whilst we only became “Inizio” just three years ago today, our story stretches back decades. We are built on the legacies of UDG Healthcare, Ashfield, and Huntsworth – organizations that, for over 40 years, have helped health and life sciences companies engage HCPs and patients, and bring their innovations to market. When these industry leaders came together under one brand, it wasn’t a fresh start. It was a deliberate evolution. 

We came together to reimagine health, driven by a belief in the power of people and innovation to help our clients shape a better future. Our progress over the past three years is a testament not just to legacy and integration, but to the passion, creativity, and commitment of our people, who continue to push boundaries and embrace bold ideas to better serve our clients and patients.
