In 2025, Inizio Engage’s global experiential agency, Emota, continued to support clients in meeting their sustainability goals using Enviroplan – an innovative design and manufacturing approach, which aims to reduce the GHG emissions of exhibition stands by at least 50%, without compromising creativity or quality.
Inizio Medical partnered with a global pharma company conducting a Phase III trial for lupus to address barriers in site activation and patient recruitment. By identifying local challenges early and implementing tailored solutions for each site, we demonstrated how inclusion can improve both outcomes and efficiency – resulting in a five-month reduction in study duration, cost savings exceeding $3million, and more reflective trial recruitment.

The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is a not-for-profit charity that runs the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, and regions to manage their environmental impacts.
Inizio’s Climate Change CDP score for 2025 is B, consistent with 2024 and 2023.
EcoVadis is a universal sustainability ratings agency designed to drive impact at scale by guiding sustainability performance improvements within companies and their value chain.
In 2025 Inizio Group Limited scored a bronze medal (67/100).
The Science Based Targets initiative is a partnership between CDP, the UN Global Compact, World Resources Institute (WRI), and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
Inizio’s near-term (2031) science-based targets have been approved by the SBTi and classified as in line with a 1.5°C trajectory.
The UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative that supports global companies to align their strategies and operations with the universal principles on human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption.
Since 2022, Inizio has been a signatory to the UN Global Compact. We report our progress in implementing the ten universal principles by completing the Communication of Progress annually.
