In 2025, we strengthened our global approach to learning and talent development by fully integrating our performance and talent processes – connecting goal setting, development planning, feedback and check-ins, talent reviews, succession planning, and year-end discussions.

To support our employees in contributing to their local communities, we hold Community Action Day activities each year. In 2025, our employees supported over 45 community projects, and Inizio made total charitable donations of over $480k to support initiatives they were personally involved in.
We achieved a lot in 2025, here’s some of our key highlights.
Our Inclusion & Impact team, Councils, and Business Employee Resource Groups (BERGs) have continued to collaborate to build a suite of practical resources that support inclusion at every level of the organization. These include guides on neurodiversity, mental health, menopause, and inclusive language.
In 2025, Emota, part of Inizio Engage, assisted students from Manchester Metropolitan University in developing a brand identity for their annual student-led fundraising event. A number of people from the Emota team came through Manchester Met’s Events courses, so this collaboration feels especially meaningful.
The key metric we monitor in our annual engagement surveys is the engagement score, which measures how committed and connected employees feel to the organization. In 2025, we achieved an engagement score of 65%, an increase from our 2024 score of 60%.
Inizio was a finalist for the OnCon Top 100 DEI Team Award, and our Global Director of Inclusion & Impact was included in the We Make Change Top 100 ChangeLeaders list. These honors acknowledge how we are helping to lead meaningful change across both our industry and the communities we support.

A small, autistic-led charity supporting autistic people across London. With Inizio’s support, they have been able to expand their work and open more welcoming spaces for connection and community.
A collective effort of the life science industry dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and inequality across five US communities. Life Science Cares enables us to channel the enthusiasm and benevolence of our colleagues into meaningful community impact through volunteering.
Inizio is supporting UNICEF’s Health Thematic Fund, which helps improve access to vaccinations and essential healthcare for communities around the world. Inizio’s support over the past four years enabled UNICEF to fully immunize over 3,000 children under the age of five across five communities with limited access to healthcare.
