We’re proud to share Inizio’s 2024 Sustainability Report, which brings together the progress we’ve made across our environmental, social, and governance priorities and outlines the actions we’re taking to build a more sustainable, inclusive, and responsible business.

Access the full report here.

The report reflects our ongoing commitment to health equity, operating with strong standards and with environmental responsibility front of mind. It includes updates on emissions reductions, community impact, employee wellbeing, and governance, as well as how we’re evolving to meet rising expectations from clients, partners, and regulators.

A major highlight of this year’s report is the publication of our first Climate Transition Plan, which was a significant milestone in our journey toward achieving Net Zero by 2040.

Mapping the road to Net Zero

Our climate transition plan details our decarbonization roadmap, the progress we’ve made so far, and the challenges ahead. It serves as both a transparency tool for external stakeholders and a commitment signal for our people, showing that we are serious about aligning our business model with a 1.5°C future.

The plan is a living document that will continue to evolve, helping us respond to changing market conditions while staying accountable to our long-term goals.

Operational progress and emissions reductions

In 2024, we made strong operational progress, particularly in Inizio Engage, where we exceeded our goal of transitioning 50% of our fleet to hybrid and electric vehicles one year ahead of schedule. By year-end, we reached 56%, marking a significant step forward and supporting our science-based targets.

These efforts, combined with increased renewable electricity use and a reduction in our real estate footprint, have contributed to meaningful reductions in our Scope 1 and 2 emissions since our 2021 base year.

Reducing Scope 3 emissions has been more challenging, and we know further action is needed. We’ve outlined our next steps in the climate transition plan, now available on our website.

Strengthening sustainability from within

The 2024 report also outlines our broader sustainability initiatives, including:

  • Expansion of community impact programs
  • Continued focus on employee wellbeing and human rights
  • Stronger investment in learning, development, and inclusion
  • Ongoing efforts to enhance governance, ethics, and data privacy
  • Detailed alignment with Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) standards
  • Full GRI content index and independent assurance statement

In early 2025, launched a new structure of sustainability working groups, replacing our previous sustainability forums. These groups will bring in new voices and ideas, with a focus on making both office-based and remote working practices more sustainable while also deepening awareness of environmental issues across the business.

Our 2024 report is a snapshot of our progress but also a commitment to continuous improvement. We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken in 2024, and we remain focused on the journey ahead: reimagining a healthier, more resilient future for all.
