Leader & Manager Accelerator Program recognized for developing leaders who multiply performance and growth 

Our Leader & Manager Accelerator Program has received a silver award for Best Leadership Development Program. 

Our Leader Accelerator and Manager Accelerator Program is built on the multiplier concept – empowering participants to amplify the performance, creativity, and growth of others. Both are delivered virtually through collaborative, cohort-based learning experiences. 

In 2025, 42 senior leaders completed the Leader Accelerator Program, and 157 experienced managers completed the Manager Accelerator Program. These programs not only strengthen our leadership pipeline but also connect participants across Inizio to share ideas, build relationships, and drive collective success.  

Developing leaders who can unlock the potential of their teams, encourage innovation, and lead effectively in an increasingly AI-enabled space ensures we can translate new capabilities into meaningful outcomes for our people, our business, and our clients – sustaining our position as the global leaders in Intelligent Commercialization™.

AI Academy recognized with three awards for building practical AI capability at scale 

Building AI capability in our people is fundamental to how Inizio is evolving pharma commercialization. The AI Academy – delivered by Nazaré, an Inizio Engage company – turns AI ambition into a practical, everyday capability across the workforce. 

The development of the AI Academy was grounded in a simple principle: people build capability by putting learning into practice. That’s why teams enrolled complete training that combines self-directed learning, cohort-based practice, live workshops, peer learning, and AI-powered simulations. 

In one use case, we saw confidence using GenAI increase from 60% to 88%, while perceived capability increased from 62% to 88%. Employees that identified as Active/Activated or as an Advocate/Enabler also increased from 35% to 82%.   

These results demonstrate the progress we are making in embedding AI capability across the workforce – equipping teams to use AI with greater confidence and apply it meaningfully in their day-to-day work. Building this kind of practical, scalable capability is an important part of how we continue to lead in Intelligent Commercialization™ globally. 

As a result, the AI Academy received the following silver awards:
