Inside Inizio’s Bring Your Child to Work Day: Creativity, connection, and curiosity

Bringing families into the workplace is always a special experience. It offers children the chance to see where their parents and caregivers spend their days, while giving colleagues an opportunity to share the people, creativity, and purpose behind the work they do. 

This year’s Bring Your Child to Work Day brought together colleagues and their children from across Inizio for a day filled with curiosity, connection, and learning. 

A day of discovery across Inizio 

Hosted at our Inizio Engage office, the day gave children a behind-the-scenes look at the wide range of talent, ideas, and innovation across Inizio. From the moment they arrived, there was a real sense of excitement as families explored the spaces, met new people, and got a glimpse into the creative work happening here every day. 

Hands-on learning and creativity 

Throughout the day, children took part in interactive sessions designed to spark imagination and encourage teamwork. They explored live production environments, learned more about storytelling and creative communications, and joined collaborative activities that highlighted how ideas come to life across our business. 

There was plenty of energy and enthusiasm throughout the sessions, with children asking thoughtful questions, sharing ideas, and getting involved in activities alongside colleagues from different teams. 

Exploring different roles and perspectives 

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was seeing children connect directly with colleagues from across different disciplines. Whether they were learning about healthcare communications, content production, strategy, AI, or creative development, the sessions helped bring our work to life in a way that felt engaging and accessible. 

The day also created opportunities for colleagues to connect with one another in a different way – sharing their work, experiences, and passions with the next generation. 

Giving back, together 

As part of the event, families also took part in a charitable activity supporting Ronald McDonald House Charities through the creation of personalized comfort items for children and families. It was a simple but meaningful moment that reflected Inizio’s continued focus on empathy, community, and giving back. 

Building connections across generations 

Beyond the activities themselves, Bring Your Child to Work Day was a reminder of the importance of creating spaces where curiosity, creativity, and connection can thrive. The event brought people together across teams, offices, and generations and celebrated the culture and community that sit at the heart of Inizio.
