Oisín Ó Gógáin

Oisín was appointed Chief People Officer at Inizio in September 2026. Prior to his role, Oisín was Chief People Officer at Aon for the subregion of UK, Ireland, and South Africa. For over 14 years, he held senior HR and Chief People Officer roles across Europe – with a particular focus on the Nordic region – as well as having spent time working in the US. Oisín has deep experience in building inclusive, values-led cultures that strengthen client focus and colleague engagement. He has led complex organizational change, including acquisitions and integrations, tech-enabled transformation, developing leadership capability, and building sustainable talent pipelines at scale.
