Lynn leads the team at Ashfield Excellence Academy, part of Ashfield Engage, a specialist training, skills assessment and consultancy services company. The team supports clients at global, regional and local level worldwide.

Lynn is a pharmacist with a post-graduate MMedSci in clinical oncology. Her healthcare career has spanned almost 35 years, with experience working in public, charity and private sectors.

Lynn’s experience includes roles as a clinical oncology pharmacist, Head of Education at a cancer charity, client service management roles in medial communications through to Operations Director at Pharma Marketing Academy before it was acquired by Ashfield and evolved to Ashfield Insight & Performance, which rebranded as Ashfield Excellence Academy in 2021.
