Kristen is a seasoned biopharma leader with deep expertise in corporate and commercial strategy, spanning portfolio management, innovation, and commercialization. Her distinguished career includes a prior tenure as a Putnam Partner and senior roles across the biopharma industry, most recently at Pfizer as a VP of Commercial Strategy and Business Innovation. She also serves on the Strategic Advisory Board for Sparta Biomedical. Kristen now returns to Putnam to lead the Global Commercial Practice to support clients navigating complex decisions and accelerate growth.
