Jim is the president of Inizio Engage, and an accomplished senior commercial leader with over 25 years’ experience in healthcare launching, building and/or growing blockbuster products, and successfully leading complex and dynamic businesses. Jim is a senior pharma executive who has consistently led teams to deliver strong financial results, he is also the Founder and President of Sage Advice Consulting. His last pharma role was as the North American Regional President for Pfizer’s Internal Medicine’s business and US Country Manager. He has also held general management positions as a Regional President for Pfizer’s Hospital and Generics businesses, and as the Country Manager for Greece. He has an extensive marketing background, including having served as VP of Primary Care Marketing for Pfizer in the US and Europe. Jim has helped to build some of Pfizer biggest and most successful brands, including Lipitor and Eliquis.
