Supporting a new European division to launch brands in eight markets.
Our client established a new division focused on oncology and immunology. They required additional headcount, expertise and capabilities to support their sales function launching brands into eight European markets.
50 key account managers (KAMs) were recruited across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France, Sweden, Finland and Belgium in time for launch readiness.
We developed and provided omnichannel capabilities to complement the 50 KAMs recruited. These capabilities were later extended to other divisions within the client company, ultimately providing a platform to 160 employees.
Targets have been overachieved within the immunology franchise in all markets and the team continues to perform excellently. In addition, Inizio Engage provided direct to headcount recruitment services in Germany, recruiting for a number of in-house roles.
Our client was new to the complement system space and was preparing to launch an oral, first-in-class medication in a rare blood disease.
