Naseem Ahmed, Global Director of Inclusion and Impact at Inizio, has been selected as a judge for the Black Professionals in Life Sciences (BPLS) Inspire Awards – a program that recognizes individuals and organizations accelerating equity, representation, and meaningful progress across health and life sciences.
The BPLS Inspire Awards spotlight work that goes beyond intention – celebrating leadership, innovation, and impact that actively remove barriers and create opportunity for underrepresented voices in the industry. As a judge, Naseem will help assess nominations from across the sector, identifying initiatives that demonstrate measurable progress, sustained commitment, and the power to influence long-term change.
Commenting on the role, Naseem said:
“It’s a privilege to review work that’s not just innovative but genuinely expanding opportunity and representation across life sciences.”
Naseem’s participation reflects Inizio’s ongoing commitment to embedding inclusion and demonstrating real impact in how we lead, partner, and deliver across health and life sciences.
Nominations for the BPLS Inspire Awards are now open – celebrating individuals and organizations making a meaningful difference in equity, representation, and impact across health and life sciences. Submit your nomination for a BPLS Inspire Award here.
