Helen is a Senior Director and Head of Syndicated. With over 25 years in healthcare across client-side and agency roles, she brings expertise in commercial effectiveness and syndicated data across global markets and therapy areas including immunology, allergy, respiratory, and dermatology too.

Mariel Metcalfe, Director

Mariel leads Living With, our syndicated patient insights offering, with over 15 years in pharmaceutical market research. She is dedicated to amplifying the patient voice, writing articles and hosting the ‘Living with Chronic Illness’ podcast to share patient experiences and support those with chronic conditions.

Jo Ann Saitta, Head of Data & AI

Jo Ann helps clients use data, analytics, and AI to solve complex challenges and drive sustainable growth. She defines strategy, value cases, capability readiness, and responsible AI needs to build POCs and MVPs and support implementation at scale.
