Client Challenge

A US Medical Affairs team wanted support analyzing and synthesizing monthly observations and medical insights for a product across all medical insight sources.

Our Solution

Developed a medical insights framework:

• Created a Medical Insight to Action Framework that identifies medical insight trends, gaps, implications, actions aligned to product X strategic imperatives and critical success factors that could be used for monthly tracking.

Analyzed data sources and identified key themes and gaps:

• Leveraging GenAI, analyzed multiple data sources to identify medical insights, key themes, and gaps including one year of summary documents from congresses, advisory boards, medical information inquiries, disease workshops, social listening, lexicon research, and medical voice of the customer data.

The Results

Developed strategic recommendations informing medical actions including new content, new MSL Key Insight Questions, advocacy outreach, areas to address in upcoming advisory boards, and evidence, clinical trial, and indication prioritization opportunities. Updating on a monthly basis
