Remco joined Putnam in 2000, becoming a Partner in 2010. Since then, he has served in various leadership positions, including COO and CFO, before being appointed to CEO in 2019 upon the acquisition of Putnam by UDG Healthcare. In addition to supporting the continued growth of the firm, Remco spends a portion of his time helping Putnam clients make better strategic decisions.
Jeff Dill is the CEO of Vynamic, a leading healthcare industry management consulting company helping innovative clients in the US, UK, and Europe achieve actionable strategy, operational intelligence, and healthy culture. With a broad experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over more than 25 years, Dermot joined STEM as CEO in November 2021. As CEO, Dermot is responsible for driving growth and innovation within STEM. Prior to joining STEM Dermot spent 5 years at Novartis in the Clinical Development arena, first leading a major transformation in clinical data operations and then leading the broader clinical technology and innovation function. In this role, Dermot had responsibility for the support, oversight and evolution of Novartis’ end to end clinical technology platform and for driving digitization and innovation in the execution of clinical trials.
Serving as Advisory's Global President since September 2019, Colin Stanley has extensive experience in Senior Executive roles. He has been responsible for a business unit of 3,000 employees globally, providing strategic resourcing and functional services. He also held a number of roles during his 20-year career at ICON, including Chief Operating Officer of DOCS and Vice President of Clinical Operations in Asia.

Joining Medistrava in 2015, Elaine helped double the size of the organization through organic growth and acquisition to create a fully integrated medical, health economics and market access platform. Now, she joins us as President of Inizio Medical. As a trained neuropsychologist, Elaine has enjoyed a career in research and clinical practice before joining the industry, combining her background in science and behavior to drive evidence-based strategies that apply to real-world healthcare challenges.
Dan is responsible for growth and development of the Inizio Medical agencies (Ashfield MedComms, Apothecom, Nucleus Global). With 18 years of industry experience, Dan specializes in building high-performing companies that work with leading healthcare clients and brands. Dan is an industry leader in Publication Planning and has co-authored best practice guidelines as well as being a board member of the International Society for Medical Publishing Professionals.
Naseem has spent over 20 years working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion both as a consultant and inhouse. Her experience is predominantly in embedding DEI into organisations through transformation across a breadth of sectors including healthcare, higher education, oil & gas, civil service, private and public sector. At Inizio Medical, Naseem is responsible for developing a robust strategy and embedding DEI into everything we do, ensuring every facet of our organisation benefits from the richness diversity brings.
Andrew Joined Ashfield in 2017 and now leads the HR, Talent Acquisition and allegro teams for Inizio Medical. Prior to Ashfield, Andrew spent 6 years as the CHRO for a private equity backed business services organization up to it’s sale. Andrew began his career in business operations before moving to HR and talent management roles in Centrica, the FTSE listed energy company. Since joining the business Andrew has been instrumental in the launch and growth of allegro, the award-winning resourcing program, as well as the integration of several acquisitions.
Cliff is responsible for delivering the Inizio Financial Strategy as it relates to the Inizio Medical Division, to the support the shaping and executing the divisional strategy and business priorities. Cliff has 22 years industry experience, working in a variety of Finance roles and most recently as CFO for Ashfield Health. He started agency life at Gardiner-Caldwell Group before acquisition by the Thompson Corporation, within those 22 years has played a key role in the development of financial processes to meet business needs and supported growth through involvement in various acquisitions.
Richard worked for 18 years in Pharma (BMS, Janssen, AZ) in both domestic and international sales/marketing and business leadership roles. He joined what later became Ashfield Health in 2004 and prior to the acquisition by CD&R was the President of the Ashfield Health International Team with strategic and operational leadership accountability of approx. 750 people across UK, Germany and the US focused on 3 main areas, MedComms, PR and Policy. Richard moved to the role of Chief Transformation Officer, leading projects that support accelerated growth for the business by tackling the toughest challenges faced while helping shape new joined-up solutions.
Zack is responsible for building and implementing a cohesive growth strategy across the business unit that integrates the talent, resources, and capabilities that make Inizio Medical the world’s leading medical partner. With more than 23 years in healthcare communications, Zack specializes in driving growth through the expansion and evolution of capabilities that meet at the intersection of high science, clinical practice, and the market. Prior to joining Inizio Medical, Zack served 9 years as President and Chief Strategy Officer at the Vaniam Group and held a variety of leadership roles for more than a decade with the Syneos Health family of companies.
Matt is responsible for collaborating across the business units within Inizio to architect solutions and synergize opportunities while driving growth and innovation within the US market. Matt brings over 20 years experience from the client side of the business where we sought to evolve how science is shared, measured, clarifying its impact and leveraging this data to make informed decisions both strategically upstream and tactically downstream. Matt has been an active leader across various industry forums and prides himself on proactively identifying trends and shifting organizational priorities to meet customer and client opportunities.
Phil has over 20 years of experience working in key leadership roles, both industry and agency. With oversight of the Specialized Services function of Inizio Medical (MEDiSTRAVA, MedEvoke) Phil is responsible for medical excellence and innovation to ultimately help improve patient access to medicines. Phil is a member of the Evidence Generation Working Group for the Medical Affairs Professionals Society where he was recently awarded a MAPS Leadership Award for his commitment to progressing the field of real-world evidence.

Sese is an experienced Commercial Analytics and Insight professional with cross industry expertise covering life sciences, financial services and retail apparel. Starting as an analyst at Redcats USA, and later working as a Senior Statistician at IQVIA, his background in manipulating data led to his success in leading business insights teams while at AstraZeneca. In these roles and organizations, Sese successfully led several commercial insight processes and teams and implemented enterprise-wide commercial effectiveness innovation initiatives. His expertise in narrowing in on data that builds powerful product and brand marketing programs, coupled with a passion for entrepreneurship drove him to create PROPENSITY4.
Prior to forming TCEG in 2016, Russ held strategic and leadership roles in a variety of blue-chip advertising agency groups including IPG, WPP and Havas. He is a member of The Marketing Group of Great Britain; Fellow of the RSA; EMBA advisor for Oxford Said Business School and recently voted Creativepool’s Creative Leader of the Year 2021. Russ is Chair of Trustees for Creative Mentor Network and Chair of the Advisory Board for Isla (industry sustainability body).
Nareda has more than 25 years’ experience in the Healthcare and Pharma industry in various leadership roles. Prior to working for Ashfield, Nareda worked in virtually all disease areas as the manager of the University of South Florida sub-specialty clinics for over 12 years as a Registered Nurse. Nareda’s vast clinical experience ranges from hematology, oncology, bone marrow transplant to endocrinology, nephrology, behavioral neuroscience and tertiary allergy and immunology. Nareda has been with Ashfield since 2008 and now oversees our US Patient Solutions business unit.
Mike leads Ashfield Engage’s US activities focused on HCP engagement which includes in-person, contact center, and omnichannel promotional sales and customer service activities. He is in his sixth year with Ashfield and has over 25 years of experience in commercial leadership roles. His most recent roles include VP, Global Commercial Excellence at Mylan, and VP Sales and Sales Operations at Valeritas. He spent 15 years with Sanofi in Marketing, Sales and Operational leadership roles. Mike has a BA from Lafayette College and an MBA from Penn State University.
Born in Argentina, Martin majored in Business Management and worked at Accenture for nine years. Martin moved to Japan in 2010 looking for adventure, did an MBA at Hitotsubashi University and upon graduation joined CMIC Holdings, Ashfield Engage’s strategic partners in Japan. Martin worked with Greg Flynn to establish the joint venture and transferred to CMIC Ashfield Co. Ltd. in 2014, holding roles in Corporate Planning, Strategy and BD. Martin officially joined Ashfield Engage in October 2020 as Japan President and VP Strategy. He is currently Regional President for Japan and Rest of World (at the moment Argentina and Brazil), as well as global VP Strategy.
Benjamin took on his latest role in June 2021 where he is responsible for the European businesses of Ashfield Engage. He has over ten years of general management experience at Ashfield in diverse positions leading smaller countries up to managing the biggest European country under Ashfield Engage. Before his career with Ashfield, Benjamin worked for ten years at McKesson Europe in positions such as Corporate Investor Relations, Corporate Industry Relations as well as Corporate M&A and Business Development.
With 18 years of experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, Amy has held various roles of increasing responsibility in Medical Affairs and Regulatory/Healthcare Compliance. As the current head of US Medical Affairs, she is responsible for developing, communicating and driving organizational strategy and leading the Ashfield Medical Affairs organization to success, with a prioritized focus on driving the strategy, design and execution of Medical Information and Medical Science Liaison programs. Prior to joining Ashfield, Amy spent more than ten years at Johnson & Johnson supporting the biopharmaceutical business in the areas of immunology, infectious diseases, vaccines, global public health, strategic customer group (market access), established products group, and the research and development areas.

Prior to this role commencing 1/1/22, Dean worked 5 years at STEM Healthcare, growing US business development and then as North America President. Before joining the healthcare services sector, Dean had an entire career at AstraZeneca, progressing through 16 roles with increasing responsibility in Sales, Training, Market Research, Marketing, Market Access, and US Executive Leadership.
