Our second pillar is focused
onbuilding the workforce of the
future by transforming the way we
deliver work, how we engage with
employees, and how the workplace
experience attracts, retains, and
engages the workforce of the future.
This year, we focused on providing
new learning and development
opportunities for our talent, including
launching our first Inizio-wide global
learning platform, introducing
our“Know Your Inizio” campaign,
creating consistent and transparent
talent acquisition processes, and
harmonizing benefits for our US
employees. We are also transforming
performance management as we
work towards launching an Inizio-
wide performance management
strategy in 2024. We also provide
mentoring and sponsorship
programs at a business unit level
thatwe are working to expand
acrossInizio in2024.

the Culture
Our company culture sets us apart
and makes us a great place to work.
We look to amplify our culture by
focusing on the behaviors required
to meet our strategic goals and
create an inclusive, client-centric,
and accountable workplace. We
have defined our Inizio People
Promise – “It’s time to reimagine
your possibilities” – to outline the
experience we are building for our
current and prospective employees,
and have begun to integrate this
into our internal and external
communications with a full
launchcoming in 2024.
We continue to integrate our
Commitments into HR processes,
such as performance management,
so we can ensure ourpeople are
living our values. Weare creating
new feedback channels such as
launching our firstglobal Inizio-wide
employee engagement survey in
2024 to hearfrom our employees
onhowweare doing asacompany.

We also want to create a safe
environment for our employees.
Forall US employees where anti-
harassment training is a requirement,
we partner with leading providers to
offer the training on a state-by-state
basis, ensuring we meet the relevant
compliance requirements. To address
any concerns that employees may
have at work, we also have a
grievance policy that outlines how
they can raise a matter, the steps
that will be taken to look into any
grievances, and an appeal process.
DEI is central to creating an
exceptional people experience and
needs to be embedded throughout
the employee lifecycle. We have
taken deliberate steps to increase
our focus on DEI, including naming
our first Global Head of DEI, Stefanie
Christmas, who is responsible
fordriving our global DEI Strategy.
